Case in Point

Resume Red Flags: Some of the biggest red flags are just an ugly resume that's just too much content jammed onto the page. I literally do not and often don't read them, when they're that jammed. It's just like, that's a headache on a paper and I can't look at it.
The solution to that is more white space. It is better to have less content that is easily readable, than more content that is jammed together and an eye sore.
Secondly, a lot of people (students) are not/do not quantify their results of their efforts enough. They will just say, organized an event. And it's like, were there 40 people, 400, 4,000? It's not even that more is better, it's just
that quantifying is better than not quantifying.
