LO5.3 - Identify simple meters in Western music

This assignment measures your learning abilities in Lesson 5. You will have one hour to complete the submission. Only ONE attempt is allowed. You are encouraged to study the materials from Lessons 5c and 5d BEFORE starting your Canvas assignment.

The penalty for late submission is a deduction of five (5) points per 24 hours after the due time. 

  Instructions (20 points)

For this assignment, you are asked to identify the meter of five music examples as duple, triple, or quadruple.

The five music examples will be randomly selected from the list in Lesson 5d.
